Throughout my academic and professional career I have been led by three questions, that have fueled my curiosity and guided me on my path:
How do people communicate online?
I'm curious as to what kind of language different demographic groups use on social media. How can communicators use this information to be more authentic and creative?
How can digital experiences be more inclusive?
I'm passionate about amplifying voices and marginalized narratives online and making digital spaces more inclusive.
How can we better engage with audiences and stakeholders?
I investigate what will drive value. I want to produce meaningful content and drive impact through research.
